hey, i recently got pro evo 4 after havin the previous 3.. in master league can someone help me... i cant buy anyone! everything always comes up breakdown.. i offer more but still the same?
What am i doing wrong?

Go for young players, whose teams are far away in the WEFA rankings from yours. Or free agents with no clubs, you can find them using the search facility.
