Anyone know why I've got a "GameOver" if i just ended my fourth season with enought money. Is there any other reason for GameOver?

Do you have the minimum/maximum number of players? I think you can't have more than 30 players and less than 16.

yeah its probably the number of players you have buddy, i nearly got done by that so i bought loadsa rookies to bulster my squad lol
