Master league transfers?

i wud just like to know how many stars you use for the transfer frequency and all that? etc. because any time i want 2 go in for a good player e.g (kewell or henry) some one lik that, the team always reject me! even wen i put in loads of money? why?

Your team, as easy as it is to say, just isn't good enough.
Unlike mine of course.
But then we can't all play at the same level.

I play on 3/4 stars on transfer frequency as I find it to be the most realistic.

yeah we cant all play on 1* dead P.E.S were not as good as you, i have it on 3* frequency
