Max Drive/Option File Help

Hullo chaps, now i'm fairly new to this Max Drive business, mine came through the post today. Just downloaded Saintrics frankly marvellous option file, but i was wondering whether there was anyway i could put my team, that i've already made on Pro Evo, in a different option file, onto his? Is this possible? Cos it took me bloody ages.

Also, can i only have one option file per memory card?

use pes 2008 optin file editor and merge the two option files together
