Max Drive v DVD patching- a few Qs

Hi,

I usually patch a over my PES4 DVD but am concidering getting a max drive.

1 - One of the things I like re DVD patching is I can copy over the music whith my own. Could I do this with a Max Drive instead?

2 - Can I patch my DVD with option files such as Pesfan v3?

3 - what is best, max drive or DVD patching.

Asnwering this for the 16545th time............


A max drive doesn't patch your game. It allows you to transfer option files and other memory card saves between your mem card and your PC hard disk. The only stuff the max drive will improve on your game is the updated squads, players, formations and other mem card data like that. Anyhting that can be updated in the ingame edit mode (or using a pc option file editing program).


1. Can you edit the game music in edit mode? --> No.
2. If you want, but it's not worth it.
3. The BEST is playing a patched jonboyo pes4 dvd with the max drive option file over here.


I dream of a time and place where people will stop asking this question. If anyone can suggest an idea how to clearly explain this to everyone so that people stop opening new threads every week to ask this exact question, feel free to share.

To be fair Zyg, you have tried everything. How about making that n00b patching thread a sticking, it is at the top of the page.

firstly thanks for aswering my qs. Im sorry if they have all been asked before. I have looked about but there so much info on these sites people forget about us beginners.

I cant understand why you need a patch and a option file.

If you have to patch the dvd why bother with the option file?
