Need help beating the computer

I just got the game a few days ago. I've never really played soccer games that much, and right now I am having trouble beating Division 2 teams with my star packed custom team on Professional.

Any tips/suggestions on how I can improve?

Try to score more goals than the oppo.

Start at the bottom level not on Professional, play a passing game.

Call it Football.

Custom teams start off with a low teamwork rating so the first few matches might be hard, then the teamwork rating will improve.
All I can suggest is use the wings with a tall striker in the box.

the computer always plays long balls or always try to do that, don't let play freely on the wings, and shoot on the targets goal a lot, i mean take your chances by shooting as many time as you can cause the keepers in the 2nd division stinks!!

always use your subs, don't panic, and... call it football! lol
