I've read here that off-season training can increase the player's stats even if the particular player is past his prime and is on the decline. Someone mentioned if you invest lots of time to do the training repeatedly, the player will have dramatic improvement in his abilities.
My problem is that after the initial training, the particular player will not improve again. For example, I'm using Farfan of Peru, who is 19 years old and has a nice looking development curve. I used him to go through dribble, shooting, attack, short pass, and corner training once and he improves quite a bit. So I quit training and save the result. Then I sent him to training again but no matter what I do he will not improve anymore.
Can the same player train more than once on the same training event and keep improving?????
Also, how do you train your goalie? I bought Lewis, a 16 year-old 'keeper. He has tons of potential but he needs more training before I can send him to a real game in 4 stars! What should I do???
