My computer's aint the best one around but it's running pretty smooth for me. Infact, It's smoother than PES 2010 was for me, for some reason.
But it's a computer-to-computer thing really, there could be tiny details that completely change the playing experience you'd get out of it.
Though, buy a Gamepad if you don't have one.

I'm going to buy an Alienware m11x core i5 1.06GHz ( Actually 1.8Ghz on playing game ) and Video card GT Force 1GB this Christmas . Can I play PES 2011 with this laptop ? thank you
If you play on medium graphics and use frame skipping you should be ok, but you never can be sure.
I recently played PES4 on a high end machine and the performance was terrible.
