Need Help With Manual Editing

I need help with editing Winning Eleven 9 on the Xbox. I have no way of transfering files from the PC to the console. I was hoping that I could do all the editing myself. Is there anyway I can download an editor and upload an option file onto it and view the updated stats of that option file? If so how? What type of option file would I need? What editor?

I figured it out man, but thanks anyways. So what types of files can I import with that? So far, I think only PC files have worked...don't know why.

Sorry to double post, but I just tried getting the PES6 editor and I got this error:

"Java Virtual Machine Launcher
Could not find the main class. Program will exit."

Any idea what I can do.

Which version of Jave platform are you using? It's better to download a new one.
