Need the newest DLC for PS3

HI guys,

My PS3 is hacked.
And i have PES11 on my disk its originel.
But i cannot online.
So i want to now how can i get the newest DLC download it withouth using the internet?
And im also waiting for the new update
with Suarez in Liverpool and more.


Can somebody tell me if i can download the DLC's for the PS3?
