Sorry mate, the only possible way I can think of that happening is if you modify your console and acquire a chipped copy of PES 2008 etc. Which of course is illegal, so unfortunately there is no chance of editing the balls within the game.

Shame really as there were many rumours circulating regarding a ball editor.
