New Kid Needs Some Help

Hey. I'm pretty new here. My friend told me about this place. How do I get some cool things under my name. I found out about the pic but i need some help about other things. for example, i saw someone that said Professional Idiot right under his name. and then, most people have a bar with a color on it...what does that mean. And someone else had a red card and it said SENT OFF. Sorry if this is really easy to do but i can't figure it out.

hey hows it goin!...i can explain the sig to you in person later if you want and the professional idiot is a feature you have to buy and you can pick whatever you want to type...the flashing bar happens when you fill up all of ur dots im pretty sure, and the red card and sent off means the guy broke the rules of the forums and is banned!!...any other help bra?
