new to pes

Hey all,
Havent played computer games for years, and got ps3 for xmas, with pes 2008. I'm not very good at all, just hooked up my wireless and whilst playing in network mode i'm gettin hopped off 6,7,8-0.
There must be some easy tips out there to give me a bit of a helping whilst i get my act together.


Ps- last game i played was fifa '99

Oh and if you think fifa'99 was bad, the only other game before that was microprose soccer on c64

Just wasn't all that into computer games, but hope to catch up now with this one..............

just do some pure training m8...read this section about playing - i suggest reading the advanced formations thread a little later. do lots of training and play game on amateur - and when you get to grips wit the game play, take it up a notch, and then one more, and then another until you're finally on top player mode.
