I want to add my local teams onto my PSP.... tho the in-game editing doesnt allow kit changes etc etc

can i use PS2 editing software to make the changes and cheate a new option file?

You can transfer your PS2 option file onto your PSP game using a USB cable. However, the kits remain the same colour and style (only the logos will change0 which kind of sucks.
