i have a nstc copy of the game and i cant get an option file on the game with my max drive will a european option file work? can someone direct me to a nstc option file if not

well it says pro evolution 5, but i cant get a option file to work anything i try it just says its a damaged file when i load it in-game. p.s i am jus a maxdrive
