i now have a perfect working version of WE 9 in colour on my old tv set, and it runs in full screen..
make sure you have an iso image of WE 9. You can create one with a number of programs... magic iso is one.
then download This NTSC to PAL patcher
unzip and run... browse to the we 9 iso...and put the check mark in NTSC to PAL then click patch... it should say ok!
thats it now the game is patched...
now burn the iso back to dvd
and you should now be playing the game in colour and without the need of cables and tv's that support ntsc

NTSC games run at 60 hertz which is 17% faster than Pal, i've actually patched some of my pal games like Ridge racer 5 to NTSC to improve the screen size and speed, seems crazy people would go the other way
