I'm a big fan of the PES-series, so I also contact the suppliers and producers (KONAMI) a little bit more than I have to regarding the PES-games and in this occasion about PES3.

I'm hoping to work as an EB employee as soon as I reach the legal age, all in hope of aiding my ultimate ambition to be a gaming juornalist. I've already impressed the managers of a few high-retail shops with my astounding gaming knowledge.

Been playing the demo now for hours upon hours and my first impressions are very good apart from a couple of minor niggles. The stutter being the main concern, I hope Konami correct this for the released version as it could hit them sales wise.

Best result so far is a 3-1 win...Owen, Heskey and Dyer with Crespo pulling one back at the end. First 10 games or so I couldn't get the ball, very hard game but then I guess it has to be for this league.

This type of post dose nowt for me ive been playing these games for 4 years going back to the first pes on ps1 and the first showing on ps2 winning eleven 5 on ps2 , i may count myself big headed but i rate myself as one of the best players in the country i also rate a few more players i know of as good who knows if not better untill i play em.
But for somebody with 5 posts to say they won 3-1 i will not and cannot not take this as being the truth , as playing the demo today and giving it some hammer if you won 3-1 so soon after playing it i tip you to win the whole thing , as ive only managed one 2-0 win and only scored 2 goals twice the other being a 2-2 draw.
So unless the Zyg man know's ya and he can confirm that you are this good i think ya full of shite .
I am having a tourny sunday if you have won the demo 3-1 i challenge you to attend and ill pay your travel costs and tourny entry fee just to witness your excellent style of play

I heard all the crap in forums last year about pll getting 4 ,5 and so on possible to get 4 on the last demo as i did that , but this demo is alot harder i listen to nothing posted about shite when something like this comes out most of its crap.
As for being arrogant mate i can only say what i feel i know Zyg is a very good player and i know if i offered to pay his fee's to get up here he would turn up to play a tourny because he's genuine.
If this guy wants to prove how good he is then let him take up my offer ive been touting on here for ppl in the north to drop me a line for a tourny for a while and im still waiting for a taker , i think hitman uk the founder of this forum will have a game sometime soon as he lives near by.
So again mate i dont think im arrogant i really do think im as good as anybody else and whats wrong with that a bit of self belief never did anyone any harm, im willing to hold tournys to pitch my skills against other good players im providing the venue ect so in my eyes im putting my money where my mouth is , i would love nothing better than a player from the forum to contact me turn up and win the event i would be over the moon mate and maybe then i would say im the 2nd best player in the country

Heres a good idea if you score more than 2 goals in the demo and want to bragg about it how's a bout a pic attachment to prove it .
As i think to score more than 2 goals is very good and it saves pll saying your telling fibs , most pll have some sort of cam either on there phone web cam or digital camera these days.

Here we go again you won 3-0 on only your fifth attempt so it will be quite easy for you to prove it as it wont be hard to do it again maybe after another 4 or 5 go's so post a pic of the screen score ect after you have done it ?.
And why bother playing it if your offering the code to somebody else this is cheating for a start ???? .

Im ending this crap im not replying anymore about scores ect to anybody on here you can win 6-0 for all i care , but if you do get a good score and want to show it off post a pic as im sure the genuine forum members will find it interesting.
And ill end it on good luck to everybody who enters and may the best man win and thinking your the best is great as until somebody puts you in your place and hammers ya regularly you are the best even if you say so yourself

W1nky im not having a go at ya i can't be arsed and if ya did win 3-0 on yer fifth attempt then you are a player i would love to have a game against as i love the pro evo series of games as well , as do most of the members on here also im not egotisic (not sure how to spell it either).
Ive just like a laugh when i say im the best in the world or country if you think i really think this then you are a twerp its just a bit of banter (crack) with the other members if you read some of my posts you will see me making jokes about it on a regular basis.I dont think im better than anybody else untill i beat them and even then it would have to be most times i played them for me to say i was better and up to now i havent found anybody who can beat me , thats why im trying to get a tourny up and running and play against new players and a new challenge.
I lead a busy lifestyle i work fulltime im married with 2 kids and football is my main hobby im a season ticket holder , i play once a week and still fit in playing pro evo as much as i can because i just love football full stop.So good luck anyway and if you scored 3 goals after 5 attempts you should consider entering the league but giving the code out is a bad idea as its not fair on others

Spike, that was a funny post man - why delete it?

The way I see it, if I was to get a 3-0 or better scoreline and Not enter the tournament, afterwards when certain people brag about how good they are (BTW, I'm not talking about anyone here, everyone here is cool, I'm referring about some total losers on other forums) then I would be able to at least say that I achieved something with my result rather than just blowing hot air about it.

If you have a 3-0 scoreline, you should enter it for yourself and hopefully qualify for the league and then have a good time playing against the best players of this country.
Who knows, you may even be the best player in the country but you just couldn't be bothered to enter. That seems a bit of a waste. There will always be good players who don't make it to tournaments due to travelling and venue problems but if you can make the attempt, go for it!

Best score I've heard of is still 4-0 (including 2 penalties). 3-0 is quite a possible scoreline.
But the way the demo has been going for me, the scores are not consistent and there does seem to be an element of luck in getting a good score. For certain matches, the CPU Argies just let you come at them and at others they attack for the whole half. Seems a bit strange to me. Anyone seeing anything similar?

I was going to ask if people are getting the good scores on 50Hz or 60Hz mode?
I've been playing on 60Hz.

I can't believe it myself but I just won 3-0!!

15th min. Beckham free kick from the left wing, Gerrard nods it into the near post.
43rd min. Beckham cross from just inside the area on the right side, nodded in by Owen into the near post top corner.
45th min. Beckham free kick just tipped over by keeper. Resulting corner misses a few players and Owen does a theatrical flying volley into the goal, off Veron's (standing on the near side to where Beckham took it from, the right side) hand.

I wasn't expecting the last 2 goals to go in. Just crossed it in a relaxed way and tapped shoot. Strange how it works out when you don't focus too much on it. Also had another shot blocked so .... should I keep going for 4?

BTW, sam erasa this was answered earlier. You can enter as many times as you like but there is no guarantee they will pick your best score. Best only to go for something which is 2-0 or better.

3-0 to me. YES!!! Oh, too much excitement.... I'm off to go lie down.....

I was playing the demo the other day and beckham got stretcherd off, it was rather shite as i coulnt replace him though i did still manage to win the game 1 - 0 with 10 men. Finally these forums are back up again!!

yo i cant get more than 1-0 either. i've only ever scored from open play once. sa rest of my goals r either from corners or pens. so my tip is try 2 score from corners.
i had a free kick wid beckham from 40 m, i crossed it in every1 includin da keeper jumped 4 it but no 1 got it so it went straight in, GET IN!
