hello there, new to this just got ps3 for chrimbo, been a die hard pes fan though for years, online last night for the first time had a few games no problem, then some with a few jitters and then one game was unbelivable the players looked like they were on speed going every where, one minute i'm on the half way line with the ball next i'm a goal down, why is this and is there anything i can do. i'm assuming it's to do with internet signal.
also how do you get into a division ??

I think you talking about lags, sometimes it's a problem and sometimes it isn't.
When you play games and win some you get in a division.
Every sundaynight they recreate the divisions mate.

betwee mate is there not cheaters online aswell.I played this guy on the ps2 and he was in division 1 and i just started playing online i was beating him 7 2 then my players stopped and his players were scoring goals lol but it finished 7 2 i really dont get it lol

I also played games where the opponent seems to be stronger.
But is it even possible to cheat online?
If yes, tell me how.

I've seen a lot of review sites and Konami state the lag has been 'significantly reduced' for PES2008, but as far as I'm concerned that's bollocks. I almost never had any lag at all when playing on PES6, especially against one of my friends who I played all the time, however on PES2008 it seems there is lag every other game, sometimes ridiculously jumpy too.

Yes, the lag is seriously a problem online but i have found that when i create a room the lag isnt as bad as when i join a players room

Some games you get without lag but some games is very terrible
