Can anybody tell me if

A: This is possible for the online version
B: How to do it if possible and possibly a link to a site that explains it

I know it is possible. I played against a french guy (online) on PES 5 who had all the top players, ballack, ronaldinho, lampard etc... with updated official strip playing for Manchester United. Whether this is possible for PES6, I am not sure.
