I have a problem in 2nd half of game.

my controls go funny they don't react like in the 1st half.

I use PS2 adapter for PC and don't have any problems when playing the game under normal gameplay.

It is called lag. If you always create the game room, you host the first half, your opponent hosts the 2nd. Basically unless you have a perfect connection (1mb or above) which you are not using AT ALL for any other purpose (MSN, Windows Updates etc. need to be off), there will be lag. Your opponent will experience what you do in the 1st half.
