Patch for 92 British Teams

I have downloaded the 3 files for the 92 British Teams. I am not sure what I should do next. I have copied the 3 files to Dat folder to no avail. Similarly, I copied the files to the Save Folder and the result was the same. The teams remain unchanged.

Appreciate greatly if someone could advise how I should proceed. TQ
