Patch Not Compatible with X64?

Again, new patch cannot be installed on Windows 7 64-bit. When I try to install the patch gives an error saying that there is no program to update or the patch is to update a different version of the program.(Can't write the exact error in English, because my windows is not English.) Why is this happening? Am I doing something wrong? I've been searching for this since the first patch and haven't found a solution yet.

I have the same problem, I had to start in safe mode while patching. It was not easy to get the game running in safe mode though...

I am trying to remember what I did, because I apparently need to do it again...
