patched kits not working in master league

i installed The Wolf Furry Evolution Patch 2.0 and all seems to work fine when playing in Match mode, but when i play in master league my kit (everton) reverts back to the default one with no sponsor, all the other teams kits have sponsors. anyone know how to fix ?

edit - sorry , seems this question was answered in the downloads section and i just need to use version 3 of the patch, tried to delete this post but dont see an option, apologies...
