Patching chaos - we need a tutorial!

great work by wolf and all others helping us to patch our beloved pes3!

Now down to business - We need a proper tutorial for PES3 PC patching.

I started off with the Superpatch, then switched over to Wolf 2.0 (2.1) after scouring the forums looking for the most up to date rosters, and kits.

Seen threads about who copied who, dunno the truth, but my experience is that Wolfs patches are better structured and have more stuff in them.

NOTE to Wolf - please use a logical version numbering scheme v1, v2, v2.999, v2003.12.05, v2004.01.01, and NOT Xmas patch
I had to read a lot of threads to actually figure out which order they came in.

Problem is, its difficult to know what order to apply stuff, and what gets wiped out. It's quite annoying to pay the price of loosing all your PES points, for the sake of having the latest kits.

Whoah, this is turning into an essay, sorry, it's just that I find it frustrating to start from scratch all the time. All I wanna do is create my own local city team, with local unknown players, and then pit them against Europe's hottest teams. Sure it's fun to play Man U, but they're not *MY* team...

ok but please there are guide to this already available!!! DO NOT POST DUPLICATE THREADS PLEASE! its hard enough for my mate ctrl alt del to manage this thread as it is!!

Problem is, when I was a patching newbie, I never found this basic info I needed, I had to search all over the forums.

You can move my post to the appropriate thread so it will add to the knowledge base...

yes but ctrl alt del is sortin this forum out... I put a patching guide on here but it dissapeared.... u could of used the search function to find it.. I also included a newbie general q/a section...
