Well unless it has a good graphics card,like geforce,or ati radeon it SHOULD play it.but if it doesn`t got good graphics card then there is no way!! to play it decently!I play pro evo 4 on a laptop with:
Pentium 4 HT 3.2 Gigs
ATI RADEON MOBILITY 9200 64 MB OWN RAM NOT SHARED!
60 GB ATA HDD
I can play on decent frame rates with NO slowdowns,but if the graphics card was better then it was going to be amazing,just like when i playing it on my desktop pc!
