I think the PS3's are suppose to be better but they will probably ending up being the same.

Just get the PS3. Since i got mine, my PC at home has just gathered dust!

+ Within the next few months there are some A1 games on the way.

(Just for the clever people, you know who you are - I'm at work at the mo!)

All versions are essentially the same game save for the odd added feature here or there.....

I already have a PC more than capable of handling PES2008 at full pelt....It is actually not all that demanding a game which is a nice change from for the resource hogging previous ProEvo ports from PS2 to PC.

However, I am faced with the same option....either upgrade my PC.....or buy a PS3....It would actually cost me much more to upgrade my PC than to buy a PS3, but cos I much prefer playing FPS with mouse and keyboard and other preferences I have to PC gaming over console gaming.....I am gonna rubber the PS3 and spend twice as much upgrading my PC to good high 'Next Gen' DX10 standard.......I will buy a PS3 when they are firmly established, when the price has dropped to about £200, by which time the games being released for it shall be more than just 'Old Gen' games with shiny pants on.

MatTheCat - can see where you're coming from. Kinda...

...however, there is a RAFT of FPS's coming to the PS3 , including the daddy "UT". Along with Quake, the interesting looking Haze and what looks like being PS3's first killer app, Killzone 2, things are really looking good.

Dont worry about the control issuses either. You should be able to plug in pretty much any keyboard & standard mouse via USB.

you can use a keyboard and mouse on ps3. usb or bluetooth.

All I gotta say is if you have a high end PC then dont bother with PS3. I spend meh moneys on the PC and dont have any consoles anymore. The demo works on my PC on max settings with no lag at all and it looks very nice!
If your PC is not that powerful..>PS3 would be the better choice!
