PES 2008 picture jumping and stuttering on Cutscene's and Replay.

Hi everyone,
New to the site so if I've posted anything wrong...Sorry. Anyway, I've just purchased PES 2008 for the PS3 game plays fine apart from the replays and little clips that play when your in the match, They jump and stutter everytime. No problems with general gameplay but this is seriously getting annoying. Should I return the game for an exchange or do you think the fault is with the system itself?

normal, did you install the game and the patch?

i installed the patch but still but i still get the same problem. as i think every one does.
