Huge PES fan and got the latest on day of release for my PS3.

I was a bit let down with the game slowing down at times and becoming unplayable and not fit for purpose. I sent Konami a complaint and they said that they were in the process of working on a 'patch'.

I don't have my PS3 hooked up to the internet so can anyone tell me if they have got around to releasing the update and if so ... has it solved the problems?!

They have released one which improves the offline lag and framerate but you need to be online to get it.
