PES4 - Classic Players' Real Names?

Does anybody have or know where I can get a FULL list of the real names for the players from the PES shop? I worked out most of them but some of the names are so obscure it's ridiculous

i tried searching like a moron, can anyone help out, anyone know if the classic teams / players in winning eleven 9 are the same as those ones in winning eleven 8
