you have to locate the right afs file "o_text.afs" i think.... but then you have to then locate the optionfile for the game in (saves/folder1/KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT) then it should open, if not then you should try the newer version (PES4 OptionFile 0.95) because it works for me, tell me if you have any trouble.
