I can play this game on a easy setting of 2, but I struggle on 3. 3 is much more realistic, but how do I cope? Whats the strategies?

Put the game on 5 star and play it like a real match. Don't try running to the goal from your own half, pass as much as possible and try to make it look like a real match that you would see on TV.
If you throw yourself in at the deep end you'll find you can swim.
