PES5 Music Editing Help

I've been all through the forums of this site trying to find ways to edit my music in PES5 because i'm not happy with the music from the superpatch. So I have been trying to change numerous tracks in the game but i keep ending up with the same problem. When i use DKz Studio 0.90 to convert my music from wav to adx it just come up with error. "ADXENCD.exe has encountered a problem..."

I just want to know if there is any way of fixing this? I've unistalled DKZ thousands of times... is this the problem please help, i want to be able to listen to my own music in game.

Or is there another way of getting music into the game that i don't know about?
