PES5 Question

Is there an option file, which has been patched, with new balls, boots, adboards and others. As i am fed up of playing the same thing on pes5

Yes.

No there is not. You can not get new adboards and things like that on an option file. The only thing option files can change are things which can be edited in game.

To change balls, adboards etc you need to apply one of the patches from the PS2 section of File Downloads.

thanks, what programs do i need to patch the game then, the version i'm playing is on the xbox. And where do i get new accessories to patch them on the xbox. Does the xbox have to be chipped?

Yes it would have to be chipped to play a patched game.
All the patching instructions should be in the thread for an xbox patch, in the File Downloads section.
