can anyone tell me where to find the 17 yr old soler in the master league and when your allowed to get him?

Soler?? Never heard of him?? How long have you been playing your master league season for?? If it less than one season, then the classic players and players you get from the shop don't show up till you finish your first season.

I'm in my 4th seaon now and the reason i ask about him is that some people say that his really good and i should buy him

Try using the "Advanced search"

If its good players that are cheap your after, try getting Claudio Lopez, Eto' or Kaka. They turn out good. Also, the classic players are pretty good but it makes the game unrealistic and a bit too easy. Let me know if you find him.
