Hey guys, in PES09 you could actually just put down how much money you would offer then hit Negotiate and wait for the response.

In PES10, it seems as though you can't actually just put down money for the player until the player actually agrees to Negotiate, this sucks !!

Is there a different way of doing it ? Or am I doing something wrong ?
