it always depends on how much u play the player and how he actually performs and if u do a off season training with them so a graph like tht wudnt b able to determine everything u do with the player so to answer u question no u cant
no i heard there was a table where it tells you the prediction of what they might be like in the future if you carry on what you are doing. i might have heard wrong like.
