After each game you get a screen with orange arrow which fill from left to right depending on the player experience ( im guessing from that game?)

Some of my players never get any it never goes up????

seems to be the same players every game even a few who didnt play????

any help?

no one got any ideas.

its just agbonlahor has a full bar which is a darker orange after every game??

some others dont go up at all and in fact after a few games ashley youngs stats have gone down??? his experience doesnt go up after games even tho he sets up and scores goals in the games i play???!!!!???

Different players have different development curves. I guess Ashley Young is declining right now. He'll most likely rise again in a couple years.
