Playing online

I'm just wondering if there's any pages/threads etc anywhere which describes the menu's etc of PES 2008 online.

The manual with the game goes on about Network Mode but doesn't really explain much.

How do i check other players' connection strength etc as I've had a few diconnect on me and i'm 99.9% sure it's not on my end as I've had a few lag-free games.

Also, how do i choose someone to play as at the moment i get teams randomly drawn against me as i am just going into "Quick Match" and then "Play Game" and wait until it draws me against someone.

How do you get your ps2 online.I got slim ps2.I really want to play pes2008 online but i dont know how to do it.

I got the old fat style PS2. I bought a Network Adapter and stuck it on the back of it.

I also have AOL 8mb broadband with a wireless modem/router with 4 ethernet ports.

I then just run an ethernet cable from the Network Adapter to one of the ports on the modem/router, run the Network Access Disc which set up everything for me and then i can play games online now.

If you have the slimline PS2 though, you won't need a Network Adapter as the slimline has a built in network capacity (there's a network connector socket on the back).

Thanks.I got a hub with 2 enthernet sockets in them for one of them i use for my computer connection and for other one i pluged in my enthernet cable and i went on network on ps2 and it didnt work.
