please answer these few questions for me

i am such a long time lover of the iss series and i desperately want to make pes4 the best it can be, for that i know i need to patch;

can i jus ask, to patch, do i need:

1> a chipped ps2,
2>a dvd burner in my pc (or will nero work with dvd-rs?

You need a DVD Re-Writer.

sorry for posting obvious questions bit sometimes i need it spelled out. one more and il be on my way, can i not just buy a patched game off someone, anyone, il pay good haha.

u can get dvd burners cheap now

DVD Burners are cheap, good DVD Burners are more expensive.

You cannot buy a patched game off of someone as there is no proof you have the game in the first place - so you have to make the patched copies yourself.

In refererence to the second question:

Nero does work with DVD-R's but you also need a DVD drive that works with DVD-R's. As suggested you need a DVD Re-Writer such as these.
