i have pro evo 5 on the xbox and i am dying to patch it. my pc can read the game as it is a copy and i have found the kits and balls i want to import that is if the pro evo 4 ones will (will they?)

but when i come to following the instructions it says open the "0_Text.afs" you extracted from your .iso but i don't know how to do that so if you could please help it would be much apreciated

thx for reading this and please help with the 2 questions

The xbox version is different from PS2 and there are different methods to modify the game. You can check the tutorials that were posted for xbox pes4 and they may help. Use the Search button to find them.

It is more likely that there will have to be new methods needed to patch pes5 on xbox so you'll have to wait until it is released before anyone can figure out how to do that.

As for the PS2 version, you should be able to import kits, balls and stuff, but when you open the new 0_TEXT.afs in Graphic studio all the names are no-understandable. You remember names like: uniform264 - nothing like that, anymore :)

New methods are deffinetely needed

Opening the O_TEXT.AFS with the latest GGS (Game Graphic Studio) gives you the option opening two different AFL's that will transform the uni bins to all be called uni006 etc etc.
