Possible to play PES 6 (PS2) on JPN PS3

I would like to ask some questions before I buy PES6 ps2 version for my JPN PS3

1) Will it work?
2) I have 32" Philips 32 PF7320 LCD tv. The game will run 16:9 or 4:3?
3) Any graphical improvement on PS3
