PRO 5 Problem on PS2: PLease help =(

Hello,

I've a question and i can't find anywhere the answer.
I bought Pro Evolution Soccer 5. The game is working fine but when i want to play online i get some problems. Everything works untill I get to the screen where i need to register. I fill in correctly an username i want and a password, but when i push on the button "register", i get a screen with "unable to register". Do you have any idea what this means and how I can solve this?

It sounds like a connection problem.

Have you checked your connection? Does your ISP allow PS2 gaming?

Is your ethernet router configured correctly?

These are just some of the things that could be wrong.

I think my connectie is just fine, because every test is running good.But okay...

What do you mean with "Does your ISP allows PS2-gaming"?
And what could be wrong with my router? I thought there was something wrong also, but ive no idea where to find it.

Well i think it does, Because all my friends have the same provider and the play without problems.

So i quess it's my router? Can somebody tell me what I need to change?
Isn't it strange that all the tests are completed and when i want to register it says "unable to register".

You could try plugging your connection directly into the PS2 instead of via router. If you use the router you'll have to enable access for the PS2 on the router settings...not sure what ports the PS2 uses etc.

I tried but than i don't get a connection with my ps2.

So i need to find out what port settings i need to use.

Is it possible that Konami has problems with the registration of new accounts?
