Mathe maybe try to mount your CD Drive with Daemon Tools and start the game using daemon Tools?
Just a suggestion though I don't know if it will work.

Somewhere you've got CD writing software which Securom is able to identify as having the capability of emulating a drive. Every single program that can write CDs should be taken off, with the exception of Nero which I know for a fact does not interfere with games.

Such programs tend to run at startup so running msconfig and seeing what is loading at system startup will help. I assume since uninstalling the programs which you have, you've rebooted the computer?
