I noticed that Beckahm had long sleeves in one of the pics and the players around him had short sleeves, its not a major thing but i've wanted to see this in PES for a while now.

Well spotted there.
In WE6:FE there is an option in Edit mode for each player where you can select which sleeves they have, long or short, and it could be safe to assume that it will be in the new games too.

I noticed that the England Kit isn't the official one, like they have in PES 2. Lets hope they get that sorted! Look at all the faces on pic 3, what's up with that?
