ok Joe, I think i know what you have done.
You say you ripped your pes4 with a program you got from here. I assume you made an image file of your pes4 DVD, which has the extension .ISO.
Winrar can sometimes be set as the default program to open files with the extension .ISO.
What I think you have done ( From what i've read ) is open the .ISO with winrar and then extracted all the files.
You then said you patched the IOPRP300.IMG with ppf-o-matic.
That there was your mistake, IOPRP300.IMG isn't the file you patch.
The .ISO file is the one you patch.
Read up on disc images and you will see where you have gone wrong.
