Problem creating patched PES4 CD

Hey, hows it going.
Got back from my Gap year expedition to France, the first thing I buy is PES4.
Anyway I followed Zyg's instructions to the letter but reached a problem at Stage 8,when I try to replace o_text.afs with Apache 2, it states I cannot do this the files have to be the same size.
Any help would be really appreciated
