Problem with Multiplayer in League Mode

Hi, I'm having a problem with PES 4 on the Xbox.

I'm trying to play as one team in a league, with two people playing together as the team.

I go to the player settings before every game and move both player icons to one team.

But after a few games now, the second player cannot move across and play with the other player.

Has anyone else had this problem?
