Problem with Picture Decoder 1.70

I posted this in the kit tutorial, but it also applies to other things I will be editing, so I decided I'd make a new topic. I am meant to go to Window -> View Transparency, then a window should pop up where I can click Invert. Unfortunately, all that happens when I click View Transparency is that a tick appears next to it, so I can't invert. I've included a screenshot of what I see when I've clicked it.

Does anyone know what's wrong and how I can fix it?

hmm strange, try it with all other applications closed

Thanks, but it's exactly the same with everything closed. Any other ideas?

Have you tried other versions of PicDecoder ?

I am sure the problem is with you not with WEPicdecoder.
Resize picture decoder then click F1 or F2 or F3 several times, you will see new windows pop up and offs...If not maybe your computer is blocking these things? I dont know...

YES! IT'S FIXED! Thanks for replying larsson, but GFK got it right. I tried it with the window at default size and they appear, it must have been covered when it was maximised. Thanks to you both.
