Problems with menu screen

My game runs perfect. The only thing is, the menu screen is all black, the only thing I can see is the bottom line that describes each option, I can scroll up and down, and that line is the only way to know which option I'm selecting, how can I fix this? any help is much appreciated!!

same with demo version also ...
the menu screen is black..
otherwise else menu's seem to be perfectly ok...
game also runs completely fine...

does any body know solution..??
