PS3 or XBOX 360

ps3 is better, has better stuff like 60gb hard drive, built in Wireless and also has yellow dog linux OS. xbox 360 is still good though, just depends on personal tastes.

I've bought a 360 but i will be buying a PS3 aswell. I'm not sure about the Wii yet. PS3 games i can't wait for : Resident Evil 5, GTA, The Getaway, Metal Gear & Pro Evo.

Resident Evil 5 and GTA 4 will both be out on the 360 aswell mate. In fact, GTA on the 360 will have 2 exclusive extra episodes released within months of the GTA 4 launch. You won't be getting this on the PS3! Plus Halo 3 will be out soon

gamespot is biased so i dont trust them. PS3 has its own exclusive GTA4 content. ill try and find a link to it

This is reason enough to own a 360. Also Gears of War has been ideal and Rainbow 6 is a great multiplayer game. PS3 will be cool but I don't care online is my forte and all my mates have 360s and this online mode is immense.

Halo 3? I wouldn't pay to play it mainly because I've played the frirst two, and although I enjoyed the difference if graphics I could easily have stuck with the first one which wasn't really amazing in the first place. Give me something tactical anyday.

I'll be getting a PS3, mainly because I bought an Xbox 360 and it was wank, the main game I play on consoles is PES and despite the ramblings of some disillusioned fools, it is still better on the PS2 than the Xbox 360. Ergo I imagine the 360 will not compare to the PS3.

I'm also a d-pad fan, this is something Microsoft are incapable of making, don't anyone tell me that the thing on their controller is a d-pad because it is not. It's bloody useless.

Then again lots of people seem happy with their 360 so I'm sure it's possible for you to be, but I was not.

You can't beat that feeling of accomplishment when you take out a guard after hiding as a cardboard box. I wouldn't mind seeing the old MSG (PS one) remixed for PS3.

I'm sorry are you serious...if so then you must be a fucking mormon. I enjoyed Metal Gear Solid but it was very short and had no replayability. Halo was a decent size and had stuff that wanted you play through again maybe with a mate which MGS never had. Also multiplayer on Halo is so much fun either online or system link. As I said both games are great but not on the same scale.

Shit the Messiah Bomberman is fucking great too. Played it wireless on the DS a few weeks back and it was class. There is a new Bomberman due soon which is 3D :no: When you dick about with classics things get ugly. Look at Worms for proof. These games work because they are simple and pick up and play games. When you fuck about the fun goes out the window and too much thinking is required. I rarely play Solo games (wanking aside) and much prefer a laugh online or round a mates playing against a real person is much more rewarding and banterful.

I use to love the Mario Party games on the Gamecube. Simple but when you played against mates it was class. Track & Field was/still is a big favourite when i have mates around.

I hate the cheats on track on field. You know they put a sleeve over their hand or use an implement like a pen or something. We used to play 50 turn Mario Parties that went on for a good 3 hours and then when the winner looked inevitable someone would nick a star, they don't make them like that anymore :crymore:

I'll be getting a 360 in a few weeks, the main reason's I was put of the ps3 were because of the ridiculous price and delays you can get some good deals on 360's now and a good selection of games are available.

Track & Field is the king of multiplayers (I only say that coz I was fucking great). I hope Konami bring out a 360 version.

Mario Party was quality too.
